Ken is a digital leader with passion for delivering valuable digital products to the end customers. He focus in digital driving innovation with sustainable business case, to enhancing business profitability and customer experience with data analytics and proper partnership. He enjoys simplifying business process with automation. Projects include Omni-Channel, eCommerce, eMarketing, CRM on cloud, Contact center transformation, Process Automation, Payment solution, API and mobile development. Prior to joining AXA, Ken was the Strategic CRM Leader with the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Whilst he was with JobsDB.com & Openrice.com, he headed up the Regional Product & Projects Teams on Search, Social, Analytics, eBusiness and Strategy, successful led to one of the largest dot com acquisition in Hong Kong back in 2010.

 

Ken is currently the President of ITPA, the Vice-Chairman of HK Scout Association, and a Board Member of CUHK Alumni Association.
